Cancellation Policies

Cancellations more than 8 days before the arrival date: the total amount of the stay will be refunded.
Cancellations between 7 and 5 days before the arrival date, 30% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Cancellations 3 days before the arrival date, no refund will be made.

Parties are strictly "forbidden" in the flats.
Any disrespect within the residence will result in immediate cancellation without refund of the reservation.
